• On the inside, our best advice .... the kitchen and bathrooms should be sparkly clean.  Remove all the clutter and pack anything that you don't need.  Be sure the kids rooms are tidy and well organized and there are no surprises.  It's best to take the dog for a walk whenever there is a showing so the buyer can view the home without interruption.
